Red ear syndrome (RES) is characterized by paroxysmal burning sensation, pain, edema and reddeningof unilateral or bilateral ear lobe, usually provoked by different triggers. The exact prevalence in thepediatric age group is unknown but pediatric cases reported in the literature are very small in number.Etiology and pathomechanism of RES still remain controversial. Several therapeutic approaches havebeen tried with heterogeneous clinical response. We report three new pediatric cases, one of which isthe youngest case ever reported in the literature.</p
