The purpose of this study was to determine physical education (PE) teachers' opinions on the efficacy of Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) Program. Within the scope of the study, out of 132 PE teachers, sixty-six teachers working as PE teachers, who graduated from the School of Sport Sciences and Technology (SSST), Hacettepe University in 1994-2006, were accessed. Focus group interviews were conducted with 16 PE teachers from the research group. Data analysis was made through frequency and percentage calculations and the content analysis method.
