There is a lack of evidence evaluating cryoprecipitate transfusion in severe postpartum haemorrhage. Weperformed a pilot cluster-randomised controlled trial to evaluate the feasibility of a trial on early cryoprecipitatedelivery in severe postpartum haemorrhage.
