This paper investigates the perceptions of the three cohorts of participants- pupils, teachers, and employers (regarded as stakeholders in education) on the explicit role of ICT towards the development of employability skills in eight schools from one local council in Scotland. The paper also investigates the current strategies adopted by the teachers on ICT use in school and its appropriateness in developing and supporting skills relevant to pupils study goals.
