Communication within clinical settings is crucial for successfulclinical practice. However, this is challenging when the clinicianinteracts with patients with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) who may havecommunication difficulties or find it difficult to understand the treatment process. The “Stories at the Dentist” project aims to develop a support tool to improve clinical communication between clinicians and patients with ID.
