Recent electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and electron-nuclear double-resonance research at 9.5 and 34 GHz have demonstrated that two types of [RhCl6](4-) complexes may coexist in AgCl crystals, depending on the crystal growth method and sample pretreatments. Based on these results, the temperature-induced changes to the EPR spectrum of Rh2+-doped AgCl single crystals are convincingly explained by the difference in the dynamical behavior of the two complexes
