BackgroundMany women stop breastfeeding before they intended and report a lack of support from healthcare providers (Fox, McMullen, & Newburn, 2015). Moreover, women with multiple long-term conditions may have additional difficulties breastfeeding (Scime, Patten, Tough & Chaput, 2022).
