BACKGROUND: A new morphometric fixed-bearing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) system has been introduced to address the anatomical patient-specific challenges. It was our hypothesis that accurate restoration of the patient-specific anatomy would restore normal knee kinematics after UKA.
