This paper deals with the concepts of reactive power and reactive current in a nonsinusoidal periodic situation. It is shown that there exists a close relationship between the definitions proposed by Budeanu, Tenti, and Kusters andMoore. A new result is derived associated with the well-known Budeanu reactive power concept
