Cancer registration is an important process that can help detection and treatment of future patients. It is a medical application domain that has been grown significantly in the past few years. In spite of large efforts on that domain, there still is a lack of a formal representation of cancer registry and classification. The most used classification of tumors is the Tumor-Node-Metastasis (TNM) classification system. The TNM system is one of the most important clinical oncology tools for the description of the anatomical malignant tumors.
