Vector-borne diseases constitute emerging risks whose epidemiology is particularly influenced by global changes (globalization of trade, climate change, intensification of agriculture and livestock, loss of biodiversity, urbanization). In Europe, the establishment of an invasive mosquito, Aedes albopictus, is increasing the risk of vector-borne diseases emergence such as dengue, chikungunya and Zika. Therefore, surveillance and control systems must be regularly assessed and updated in order to offer an appropriate and proportionate response to the risks and their evolution, while ensuring optimal and rational use of human and financial resources.Consequently, we implemented statistical and mathematical approaches in order to take advantage ...
