The purpose of this study is to investigate ethnic discrimination in the recruitment process. National and international law protect individuals from ethnic discrimination by potential employers during the recruitment process. Despite the laws in place to protect human rights, minorities in society do not have the same opportunities in the labor market as the rest of the population.
