Gender dysphoric individuals are a growing number in society and like other minority groups they are at risk of falling victim to discrimination. In an attempt to understand how attitudes affect discriminatory behaviour in a recruitment situation, future recruiters’ implicit and explicit attitudes toward gender dysphoric individuals were measured in relation to a résumé choice task. Implicit attitudes were measured with an Implicit Association Test and explicit attitudes with a transphobia scale.
