In recent years, the fourth generation of solar cells, known as hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells (PSCs), has made significant progress. The performance of PSCs depends heavily on the parameters of electron transport material (ETM), absorber layer and Hole Transport Layer (HTL).
