JUSTIFICATION OF WAYS TO REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF TECHNOLOGICAL UNITS IN AGARNO INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The article provides a detailed analysis of the modes of operation of electric drives of work machines and technological lines for the preparation of full-ration feed mixtures. A detailed study of the influence of the speed of rotation of the mixer on the quality of the mixture was carried out and rational technological and energy parameters were substantiated. The obtained results regarding the reduction of the mixer's energy consumption make it possible to propose the most economical operating mode of the mixer. Attention is paid to changing the operating mode after adding the necessary components and mineral impurities - smooth acceleration of the working body, intensive mixing, reduction of the speed of rotation of the belt for the purpose of qualitative redistribution of the mixture in the mixer
