Environmental Protection is a matter of domestic interest of almost every country, and it also represents no less interest in the international dimension. Environmental consequences of industrialisation and economic development and pollution of air, water and soil, on which our life depends, is the high or dear cost which man has to pay for economic progress. While in developed countries environmental problem is as a result of industrialisation and technological development , in poor countries this problems are due to less development. On the other hand, poor countries feel that the greatest source of pollution is poverty. Development and Environment are invariably related to each other.
