Employee performance at the National Unity and Politics Agency of West Java Province is not optimal as indicated by several performance achievements that have not been achieved, and the lack of employee responsibility for their duties and obligations as state apparatus which results in less effective service, so this study aims to find out and analyze how the strategy which is effective in improving the performance of government apparatus in the National Unity and Politics Agency of West Java Province.
