Business intelligence is seen as a benefit in the Sales & Marketing sector because it aids in the identification of client buying behavior, demographics, and other vital data, making your operation more efficient. In the logistics and transportation industry, something similar occurs. Understanding logistics data used to be a challenging task, but since the implementation of BI, data such as driving behavior, routing and scheduling, turnaround time, utilization reports, financial reports, and fuel analysis reports have become much easier to determine, and BI has also played an important role in the healthcare industry
