Pedagogisk dokumentation i förskolan : om pedagogisk dokumentation som arbetsverktyg för lärande och förändring i förskolan

This essay is about pedagogical documentation in the preschool. The purpose with this study is to describe how seven different preschool teachers experience working with pedagogical documentation in the preschool. I want to investigate what's made visible in the pedagogical documentation and how it's used in practice. Through a qualitative survey in the form of interviews in two preschools, I have taken part in seven preschool teachers experiences and reflections about the pedagogical documentation. The interviews constitutes the base in the results that I have broken up in different themes. In my result, I have found that preschool teachers see's the pedagogical documentation as a tool that fills many different functions. Pedagogical documentation highlights the way children learn, how the pedagogue acts and how the environment and materials have an inpact on what's executed in practice. In summary, pedagogical documentation is a working-tool that reveals how children learn, but also shows the pedagogue's view on children, knowledge and learning
