Abstract: E-banking has become an important phenomenon in the banking industry. Due to the advent of e-banking, quality of services has improved compared to traditional banking services. The present study focuses on customer’s perception towards Internet banking service quality and factors influencing at AXIS bank with reference to Gender and Age. Sample of 100 respondents are considered for the study. Data collected through stratified random sampling method using questionnaire from an Engineering college, Hyderabad.
