This study ascertained the instructional supervisory engagement of public elementary school heads in flexible learning environment in the Division of Batangas. It determined the profile of the school heads in terms of highest educational attainment, length of service, related trainings attended, and ICT literacy. More so, it also identified the school heads functional level of instructional engagement along content knowledge and pedagogy, curriculum planning, assessment and reporting, learning environment. It sought to find out the extent of manifestation of adaptive leadership skills of school heads.
