SUPPORTIVENESS OF HIGHER SECONDARY STUDENTS TOWARDS BULLYING

In today’s time bullying has been seen as a widespread problem that causes lifelong negative consequences for the victim as well as the bully. school is considered as a second home to students where students should feel the same level of safety and security as they feel in their home.. When a safe and positive environment is not seen in school it leads to some negative things happening in the school, something which is a topic of concern and has to be taken seriously. In this case bullying might play a role and this research article explores this doubt. The present study focused on the supportiveness of 135 school students towards bullying. Results revealed that Male students supported bullying more than Female Students. There is a lot of research that points out the massive negative impacts on students who are engaged in bullying by one way or another. This needs the intervention of adults so that they can address and resolve bullying incidents among students
