COVID-19 pandemic has brought great loss to humanity. One of the biggest countries that play a central role in fighting the virus is the United States, a leading country in terms of economy and education. This study uses the data of COVID-19 deaths, personal income, education attainment, and population density at a state level. The income, education, and density variables are paired with the number of deaths to calculate the correlation P-value. The results indicate that low rate of education attainment significantly correlates with COVID-19 deaths. However, income and population density do not show any significant correlation with the COVID-19 death tolls
