This repository contains the files necessary for reproducing the conclusions of Jenkins, Osborne, and Keppens (2023): 1.5D NLTE spectral synthesis of a 3D filament and prominence simulation. Herein, we include the routines responsible for running the NLTE symthesis on the base MPI-AMRVAC simulation of 3D prominence/filament formation and evolution. We additionally include the output files from this synthesis, alongside the corresponding source quantities necessary for calculating the derived quantities such as contribution function and average formation height.
