The article discusses the features of emotional burnout of medical workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. A brief literary review is presented. Burnout is a syndrome conceptualized as a result of chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully overcome. The results of an empirical study conducted on the basis of GBUZ RB Central City Hospital of Sibay in March 2021 are presented.
