This paper presents an algorithm to solve three-point boundary value problems for Fredholm integro-differential equations. Solving a problem for the Fredholm integro-differential equations is reduced to solving a system of linear algebraic equations. Numerical method for finding solution of the problem is suggested, which based on the solving the constructed system and Cauchy problem on the subintervals
