Tennis is a very popular sport that has been growing in numbers over the past couple of decades. This sport consists of many complex actions/movements that put quite a lot of stress on the upper, abdominal, and lower body. Along with physical stress, tennis can also be very mentally draining to the point where the player is forced to keep a clear mind.
