The Comparative study of the antimicrobial properties of Aloe vera leaves and Catharunthus roseus flowers extracts against selected clinical isolated have been investigated using standard microbiological methods. Medicinally these plants are used in Ayurvedi, Siddha and Unani systems of medication. Infusion method and maceration method were used for the preparation of the plant extracts we selected. The filtered extract from Aloe vera and Catharanthus roseus were used for evaluation of antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC No 9027 by agar well diffusion method. Maximum inhibition was shown by Aloe vera and Catharanthus roseus against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Therefore the extracts from these plants can be used to treat P...
