Currently, it is urgent to search for new prognostic factors that improve the stratification of patients into risk groups and allow the determination of indications for various CLL therapy programs with the aim of increasing their clinical effectiveness.Material and methods. The research presents the data on chromosomal aberrations with the help of the FISH method in 224 CLL patients during the diagnosis, among them 49 patients are in stage A, 166 patients – in stage B and 29 patients – in stage C.Results and discussion. Chromosomal abnormalities were detected in 176 (72 %) patients.
