The growth of yeast cells carrying heterologous ADARs is differentially affected by temperature change.

Similar to 1C, this time samples from the SC-URA+Gal media were incubated at 25°C, 30°C or 34°C for 6 hours. Cells harboring an empty URA3 marked plasmid were used as a negative control (URA3). Ponceau staining was used a loading control. Protein levels were quantitated relative to the loading control in three independent experiments.
