Denna studie syftar till att studera socialiseringsprocessens andra fas, organisationsinträdet, inom offentliga organisationer under Covid-19 pandemins tid av rekommenderat distansarbete. Detta görs med ett kommunikativt, digitalt perspektiv. Det är en fallstudie där enskilda Zoomintervjuer med personer som anställts inom Karlstads kommun eller Karlstads universitet (under nämnda tidsperiod) utgör fallen som belyser nyanställda tjänstemäns upplevelser av fenomenet – digitala socialiseringsprocesser. Studiens mål är att bidra med uppdaterad kunskap om de kommunikativa aspekterna av organisationsinträdet med fokus på digitala kommunikationskanaler, genom forskningsfrågorna: Hur upplevde de nyanställda organisationsinträdet när det begränsades...
