Seizures are the first symptom of the disease in 20-45% of patients with brain tumors, and 15-30% of patients develop seizures as the disease progresses. The unpredictability of seizures, especially those accompanied by loss of consciousness, is a factor that limits the patient and contributes to his isolation from society. Identification of the main clinical signs of the course of epileptic syndrome will make it possible to timely diagnostics of possible brain tumors and proceed with necessary treatment. Our study identifies the main factors influencing the occurrence of seizures in brain tumors: the histological type of the tumor, the location of the tumor and the proximity of its location to the cerebral cortex
