18 páginasThe assisted reproduction technique brings with it several surplus embryos. A review of the situation of these embryos in Peru is proposed from biological, ethical, and legal perspectives. We delve into the Peruvian legal system regarding the lack of protection of these embryos and contrast it with a possible solution: embryonic adoption.
