The article presents the results of a survey of 213 patients with the history of tick sucking or creeping on the territory of Altai Krai. In all patients, after conducting verification methods of examination (molecular biological, serological), tick-borne nosology was diagnosed. Of these, 139 (65.3%) patients were diagnosed with "tick-borne rickettsiosis", 46 (21.6%) - "ixodic tick-borne borreliosis", 4 (1.8%) - "tick-borne encephalitis", granulocytic anaplasmosis was diagnosed in 1 patient. In 23 (10.8%) patients - mixed infection.
