The analysis of the course and outcome of pregnancy in 92 women with sporadic reproductive loss according to the type of non-developing pregnancy in history was performed, including 42 patients after pregravid preparation in accordance with the identified nutrient-deficient conditions and the presence of antibodies to xenobiotic benzo[a]pyrene compared to a group of 50 women who did not receive preparation before the onset of pregnancy.Repeated non-developing pregnancy in the group without pregravid preparation was recorded 3 times more often.
