The rise of the insurance industry and the high demand of Filipinos for insurance plans bring focus on the ethics behind the sales agents that develop it. Considering the life-long impact of the products they are carrying and their ode to the code of ethics, much is expected from their practices. As such, this study described the level of work ethical practices of insurance agents from Metro Manila. It also determined the relationship of work ethical practices to the socio-demographic characteristics, work-related characteristics, and acculturation to company values.
