This quantitative research work is based on the education management, it is a descriptive and purposeful study, using theoretical and empirical methods, survey instruments were applied to the entire population, for which there were 14 students and 13 teachers coursing the school basic and middle sublevel. The results show that teachers do not execute adequate strategies to organize activities in the teaching-learning process, little heterogeneity was observed in the academic sustainability of the group under investigation, an unstable interdependence between peers; and also, visible individual irresponsibility as a person and as a member of a team.
