Acquiring good eating behaviors benefits people in several aspects. Maintaining balanced diets may sound tedious to many, however, it is a great contribution to our immune system. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic brought different socioeconomic and food problems to the whole world, and for this reason the initiative arose to analyze the eating habits of the population of Orense during the COVID confinement period.
