There is extensive literature on theoretical arguments and fundamental subjects for the study of bioethics challenges from Saudi healthcare providers’ perspective. Some of the core principles of end-of-life care in Saudi Arabia are respect for dignity of both the patient and the caregiver; compassion to the wishes of the patient and family; management of pain; assessment and management of the psychological and social needs of the patient and the family. However, healthcare professionals often neglect good clinical practice by failing to comply with informed consent.
