The reinforced concrete (RC) has been widely studied; particularly their mechanical behavior and physicochemical capacity. But on the other hand the RC repaired is more seldom studied by fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) solutions. In this study, the analysis of damage short RC beam behavior, the cracking level effect on ultimate strength of repaired test specimen, and the reliability concepts application to estimate the failure probability have been investigated to understand the damage progress of the repaired short RC beam.
