Motivation is considered as a very decisive thing for the institution, related to whether or not employee work productivity can be seen from the motivation of employees, with high motivation, an employee can carry out the work productively. This study discusses employee motivation at work and employee productivity at Bandung city education office. The method in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Without the motivation of employees and employee productivity at work, it is feared that the goals set by the institution will not be achieved. This can be a concern for institutions, institutional leaders and employees in increasing motivation and work productivity
