Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares with what he expects. The purpose of this study is to have a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of public health status in providing health services. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all inpatients at RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham Binjai totaled 331 patients.
