Modélisation de l'activité créative pluridisciplinaire en conception architecturale centrée utilisateur : application à l'habitat d'urgence

In the field of new product design (NPD), the human factor is considered a source of creativity. To the combination of novelty and utility, the field NDP structures a methodological process by developing the tools and methods of the integration of user-related information in the early stages of the process. In order to have points of view which will improve the NPD methodologies, our research suggests the architectural design (CA) as a field application. In the architectural design, taking into account the future users is considered an essential task as the field NPD. When integrating the user-related informations in the early stages of the CA process, we found some problems on the intervention of the ergonomist in the early stages and on the communication difficulties between the future users and the architect. The CA requires methods and tools that can promote multidisciplinary creative activity in the early process. We propose a theoretical model of the CA process by the introduction of NPD methodologies that are being developed. It aims to promote architectural design while integrating the various views on the architectural quality vis-à-vis the use. As part of an architectural project, Emergency habitat, we have tested this theoretical model and then made constructive criticism with professional architects. The result of this research is a model of the early stages of the architectural design process that incorporates in a collaborative way the information about the user during the generation and development of the concepts. During the construction of this model, we could bring new knowledge into innovation of NPD methodologies, while providing a new vision of architectural design.Dans le domaine de la conception de produits nouveaux (NPD), le facteur humain est considéré comme une source de créativité. Visant à la conjonction de la nouveauté et de l'utilité, le domaine NPD structure un processus méthodologique en développant des outils et méthodes intégrant des informations relatives à l'utilisateur dans les phases amont de la conception. En vue d'avoir des points de vue nouveaux qui permettront d'améliorer les méthodologies de NPD, notre recherche propose comme domaine d'application la conception architecturale (CA). Dans le domaine de CA, la prise en compte de l'utilisateur futur est considérée comme une tache essentielle tout comme le domaine de NPD. Lors de l'intégration des informations relatives à l'utilisateur futur dans les phases amont du processus de conception architecturale, nous avons constaté certains problèmes sur l'intervention du consultant en ergonomie dans les phases amont et sur les difficultés de communication entre les futurs utilisateurs et l'architecte. La conception architecturale se doit d'intégrer des méthodes et outils qui peuvent favoriser l'activité créative pluridisciplinaire en amont du processus. Nous proposons un modèle théorique du processus amont de CA basé sur l'introduction des méthodologies de NPD qui sont en cours de développement. Il vise à favoriser la création architecturale tout en intégrant les divers avis concernant la qualité architecturale vis-à-vis de l'utilisation. Dans le cadre d'un projet architectural, appliqué à l'habitat d'urgence, nous avons expérimenté ce modèle théorique et ensuite effectué la critique constructive avec des architectes professionnels. Le résultat de cette recherche est un modèle du processus amont de conception architecturale qui permet d'intégrer des informations relatives à l'utilisateur de manière collaborative lors de la génération et le développement des concepts. Au cours de la construction de ce modèle, nous avons pu apporter de nouvelles connaissances en innovation des méthodologies de NPD, tout en offrant une vision nouvelle de la conception architecturale
