Children's Floats in the Utah Centennial Parade

These children's floats were part of the Utah Centennial Parade in Vernal, Utah. The little girl on the left is holding a sign that reads "Second [wa]rd - 1909." The children marching in the parade are unidentified. There are automobiles lined up along the edge of the sidewalk in the background. The adults in the background are unidentified.
