TENCompetence.This report summarises Dissemination work carried out by the TENCompetence Project between months 43 and 48. It includes sections on workshops and events, and awareness raising and the TENCompetence Foundation, business models. A proposed standard for aggregating competences is provided, to be submitted to IEEE.
