Background and Purpose This report outlines a patient\u27 s course of physical therapy for knee pain that was consistent with patellofemoral pain syndrome. First, the case discusses the current literature on the diagnosis and treatment of the condition, then describes a narrative of the patient\u27s initial evaluation to his outcomes and discharge, Lastly, it reflects upon his experiences with results in the literature regarding others who have this condition.
