This study aims to determine the implementation of the Social Welfare Activity Coordinator (K3S) program by the Social and Village Empowerment Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Social Welfare Activity Coordinator (K3S) program by the Kuantan Singingi Regency Village and Community Empowerment Social Service. The informants in this study consisted of the Head of the Social and Village Empowerment Service of Kuantan Singingi Regency, the General Chair of the K3S Program in Kuantan Singingi Regency, the Head of the Information, Coordination and Service Section and the Poor.
