Voice is communication between employees and other employees regarding problems that occur to be evaluated to superiors for changes for the better. Voice is needed for this change to occur. One of the factors that can increase the voice is work ethic. This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic on employee voice. The data collection method used in this study is using an employee voice scale consisting of 25 items and a work ethic scale consisting of 24 scales. The total population in this study were 126 employees using the saturated sample technique.
