Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Tribakti Sarimas Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Data collection using questionnaires with research samples are administrative staff and staff at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas in Kuantan Singingi Regency with 38 respondents. From the recapitulation of the respondent's answers indicate that the organizational climate at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas in Kuantan Singingi Regency has been going well, and employee job satisfaction at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas in Kuantan Singingi District is said to be good. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT.
