The management of the growing population of adults with congenital heart diseases (ACHDs) necessitates close follow-up wherein cardiovascular imaging holds a key role. Cardiac CT can aid diagnosis by accurately demonstrating the complex cardiovascular anatomical relationships and offering precise morphological information pre- and postsurgery, or interventional management. Moreover, CT allows for the assessment of pertinent extracardiac anatomy and for evaluation of implanted prosthetic devices.
